My day today:

Rode in an ambulance while strapped to a back board and wearing a neck collar
Vomited in the back of the ambulance
Peed in a bedpan
Layed in my sports bra and spandex shorts while a room full of strangers examined me

Yep. That was a pretty eventful day.
